FREITAG has developed the Mono[PA6] Backpack, a traceable backpack made from a single material that is fully recyclable. This step is part of their vision for a circular economy. The backpack is made from Polyamide 6 (PA6) and was developed in collaboration with a Taiwanese partner to create a water-repellent and monomaterial fabric. The product is designed to be multifunctional and can be used as a backpack or crossbody bag. FREITAG offers customized repair services, and at the end of its lifecycle, the backpack can be taken back and recycled through the FREITAG Take-Back Service. FREITAG continues to aim to produce their product family from recycled PA6 and is working on developing a circular tarpaulin material. FREITAG Mono[PA6] Backpack (Black)
